Terms of Service

By using quickpic — the website, the API, or MCP — you agree to the terms below.

The service

quickpic trains a personalised image model on photos of one person and renders professional headshots from it in the styles and shape you choose. A job typically takes 30 to 120 minutes; you can leave and come back — your job page keeps running and you can return to it at any time.

Consent to the photos you provide

You confirm every photo you upload is of you, or that you have that person’s explicit consent to train a personalised model on their likeness. See /privacy for how those photos and the resulting model are handled and for how long.

Payment

Orders are paid in USDC over the x402 protocol, from a browser wallet or an agent’s own wallet. The price is quoted before you pay and does not change mid-order. A card option is planned but not yet available.

Refunds

Payments settle on-chain and are final. If a job fails after training completes, your model is kept and we re-render it at no cost. If a job fails before training completes, contact support@quickpic.ai.

Acceptable use

• Do not upload photos of anyone who has not consented to this use of their likeness.
• Do not use quickpic to impersonate another person, or for any unlawful purpose.
• Do not attempt to bypass payment, rate limits, or the account and ownership checks on a job that is not yours.

We may refuse or terminate service to an account that violates these terms.

Data retention

Uploaded photos are deleted 7 days after upload; your trained model is kept 90 days, reset on every generate-more; deleting your account removes everything immediately. Full policy: /privacy.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the current version.
